Does your New Year’s resolution include fitness, “you” time or having fun? Try one (or both) of our adult classes!
Yoga Basics is designed with both the brand new and seasoned practitioner in mind. Class will begin with gentle breathwork. From there, we’ll move into yoga poses to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body before concluding class with guided relaxation. Participants can expect to leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed in mind, body, and energy. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
If you’ve always wanted to learn tap or if you already have the fancy footwork and need those more complex combinations, our Adult Tap session is for you. This class brings both new and experienced tappers together for a fun and energetic hour-long class. Tap dancing develops your musicality and your balance. Please bring tap shoes and water.
