Adult Tap ~ Spring Session

We are now offering two levels of tap! Our beginner class is for those wanting to learn the basics. Fundamental tap moves will get your heart pumping while progressing into simple combinations. If you already have the basics down, try our more advanced level. The complex combinations and more intricate moves will make the hour fly by. Show us your fancy footwork! Tap dancing develops your musicality, coordination and your balance all in a fun-filled environment.

Calling All Dancers Ages 6 & Up

Interested in learning about our competition team? Join us for an informational meeting on February 29th at 6:00 pm. We’ll have an overview of the program and what it entails, as well as a question and answer session. Contact us for details!

Dance Party Lock-In

Get ready for a fun-filled Friday night! On February 23, we invite our dancers to spend the night at the studio. To sign up and for more information, stop by the front desk.

Adult Yoga & Tap

Does your New Year’s resolution include fitness, “you” time or having fun? Try one (or both) of our adult classes!

Yoga Basics is designed with both the brand new and seasoned practitioner in mind. Class will begin with gentle breathwork. From there, we’ll move into yoga poses to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body before concluding class with guided relaxation. Participants can expect to leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed in mind, body, and energy. Please bring a yoga mat and water.

If you’ve always wanted to learn tap or if you already have the fancy footwork and need those more complex combinations, our Adult Tap session is for you. This class brings both new and experienced tappers together for a fun and energetic hour-long class. Tap dancing develops your musicality and your balance. Please bring tap shoes and water.

Candlelight Yoga

Join us for an evening of deep stretch and relaxation to prepare for the holiday season. Class will include guided breathwork and meditation and floor-based yoga poses.
